We’ll walk through the basics of making your own dumpling dough, traditional dumpling filling recipes, and a multitude of ways to fold — from beginner to advanced techniques! Every attendee will get to roll their own wrappers and fold their own dumplings to their heart’s content.
Following our lesson, we’ll cook all the dumplings and sit down for a dumpling-centered dinner alongside classic Chinese cold appetizers and salads.
No more than 12 people per class — we like things intimate! Class & dinner will be a 2~2.5 hour experience.
