By popular demand, we’re introducing our first-ever Chinese noodle class! 🍜 Join Team BaSo for a fun, hands-on experience that explores the most popular noodle dishes in Northern China.
We’ll begin with a staple (and perhaps our signature) noodle dish: Zhajiangmian, or Old Beijing Noodles, walking through its origins in the capital city, plus base recipes for its famous and versatile savory sauce! From there, we’ll travel to Xi’an, famed home of the terracotta soldiers, one of the oldest cities in China, and the creator of chewy, delicious Biang Biang Noodles. We’ll pull the noodles by hand and cook up several traditional noodle toppings, too!
Following our lesson, you and your fellow classmates will enjoy a cozy noodle dinner alongside classic Chinese cold appetizers and salads.
No more than 12 people per class — we like things intimate! Class & dinner will be a 2~2.5 hour experience.
